All orders made through our website are shipped from our facility located in Gatineau, Quebec.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 (before tax) within Canada, excluding Nunavut.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery usually takes between 2 to 7 business days depending on your location. Please note that during promotional events, sales, or product launches, preparation and delivery times may be longer than usual. Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

U.S. Customers – Duties & Tariffs

All orders ship from Canada. Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, orders shipped to the United States may be subject to duties, tariffs, or import fees upon arrival.
These charges are set by U.S. Customs and are the responsibility of the customer.
Skin & Tones does not cover or reimburse any duties applied at delivery.

International Customers (Outside Canada & USA)

Your order may be subject to duties or taxes depending on your country’s customs regulations. These fees vary and are not controlled by Skin & Tones. Customers are responsible for any charges applied at delivery.

Canadian Customers

No duties apply. You will only be charged applicable Canadian taxes at checkout (GST/HST/PST depending on your province), along with standard shipping fees.

Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused at delivery and returned to us, any return shipping charges, carrier handling fees, or re-import duties charged to Skin & Tones will be deducted from the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
